STEADY SPECIAL

Four eye surgeries we focus on
Steady Plastic Surgery is an eye-focused plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam (Sinnonhyeon), Seoul. Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Dahan Kim personally sees every patient from consultation to surgery and follow-up, focusing on double eyelid surgery, double eyelid revision, under-eye fat repositioning, lower blepharoplasty and middle-aged eye surgery.
Every face is different, so every plan is made for you. We consider not only how you look right after surgery, but how everything fits together over time.

DOUBLE EYELID
Double Eyelid Surgery
Non-incisional · Partial-incision · Incisional
We choose a non-incisional, partial-incision or incisional method after checking eyelid thickness, fat and eye-opening strength, and find a crease that suits your face, from a tapered (in-fold) to a parallel (out-fold) crease.
When to consider a consultation
- You have no double eyelid crease and would like one
- You have a faint inner (hidden) crease and want it more defined
- Sagging skin covers the eyelid and makes the eyes look smaller (pseudoptosis)
- The eyes look uneven because crease height or skin sagging differs between sides

REVISION
Double Eyelid Revision
Faded crease · Asymmetry · Crease correction
We first assess adhesions and scars from previous surgery, crease height and left–right differences, then correct a crease that has faded or come undone, asymmetry or an overly high crease according to the cause.
When to consider a consultation
- Double eyelid crease that has faded or come undone
- Crease that is too high (sausage eyes)
- Unhappy with the crease shape
- Asymmetric creases
- Double eyelid scars

FAT REPOSITIONING
Under-Eye Fat Repositioning
Under-eye fat · Under-eye hollows
Instead of removing bulging under-eye fat, we move it into the hollow below. The approach is through the inner eyelid (transconjunctival), so no incision line is left on the skin.
When to consider a consultation
- Bulging under-eye fat makes you look tired and dull
- A deep tear trough gives the eyes a hollow look
- Shadow-type dark circles make the face look dark and tired

LOWER BLEPHAROPLASTY
Lower Blepharoplasty
Under-eye wrinkles · Sagging skin
We address under-eye fat, loose skin and wrinkles together, and consider a midface lift depending on the degree of sagging.
When to consider a consultation
- Bulging under-eye fat together with loose skin
- Many fine wrinkles under the eyes
- Hollowing and sagging that extend to the front of the cheek
